A:Click “System tools” button/system log/view log, 1. It means the account and password validation errors, it need to double check the account and password when showing “CHAP authentication fai”
or “PAP authentication fai” or “be is in auth failed list”, 2.will be need double check the cable is connected to the WAN port or not, or need re-start the modem when showing “Timeout waiting for PADO packets”)
